Thank you for purchasing digital products from DygitalFree. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (guides, templates, toolkits), all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We cannot offer refunds after delivery because the product cannot be « returned » in the traditional sense.
When We Offer Refunds
We will provide a full refund in the following situations: if you were charged multiple times for the same product, if you received a corrupted or incomplete file that we cannot fix, or if the product was significantly different from what was described on the product page.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at dygitalfree@gmail.com with your order number, the product purchased, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Free Products
Products listed at no cost are provided as-is and are not eligible for support claims or refunds.
